We are pleased to inform you of the Annual Meeting to be held on February 25, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association, present information on current affairs of the Association, including a financial overview.
Enclosed you will find a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is very important that you assign your proxy.
